Edit Prognosis Codes

Path: Administration>Clinical>Prognosis Codes

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Prognosis Codes.
2. Highlight the row that contains the prognosis code to modify.
3. Complete the necessary changes.
4. Save your changes.

Note: Only agencies using generic orders may edit these codes. Agencies using the HCFA-485 must use the HCFA codes: 1 = Poor, 2 = Guarded, 3 = Fair, 4 = Good, 5 = Excellent. Code 6 = "6 months" may also be used and will be interpreted as "Poor" on the 485.
