Add Prognosis Codes

  2. Save as PDF

Path: Administration>Clinical>Prognosis Codes

  1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Prognosis Codes.
  2. Add or insert a row into the table.
  3. Enter the code and description for the prognosis code.
  4. Select the Default check box if this prognosis code is the default.
  5. Save your changes.
