Add Provider Taxonomy Code

Path: Administration>General>Provider Taxonomy Codes

1. Go to Administration>General>Provider Taxonomy Codes. The Provider Taxonomy Codes window opens.
2. Click Add Row to add a row at the bottom or Insert Row to insert a row above the current row.
3. Complete the fields as appropriate.
4. Save your changes.
