Add Profiles

Path: Administration>Clinical>Profiles

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Profiles.
2. In the Diagnosis/Procedure Code field, click the funnel and specify whether you need to create a profile for a diagnosis or procedure.
3. In the Diagnosis/Procedure Code field, click the magnifying glass and select the appropriate diagnosis or procedure. 
4. From the list in the left panel, select a care plan for the profile.
5. In the upper grid, add the appropriate goals for a care plan.
6. In the lower grid, add the appropriate interventions for a care plan.
7. Save your changes.
