The Visit Frequency report allows you to both preview and print the information about the regular and PRN visits planned for a patient, scheduled, and performed. It clearly shows whether the visit frequency has been reached or exceeded. Depending on your settings, the report shows the number of visits, number of hours, in process visits, reasons for PRN visits, and change reasons for regular visits.
Separate pages are generated for the following parts of the report:
- Regular Visit Frequency Exception
- Visit Frequency Hours Exception
- PRN Visit Frequency Exception
The information of each part is grouped by the following criteria.

Patient Over Frequency Limit |
Shows the patients who have scheduled and actual visits greater than planned visits and hours. |

Patient Under Frequency Limit |
Shows the patients who have scheduled and actual visits less than planned visits and hours. Applicable to regular visits only. |

Patient Met Frequency Limit |
Shows the patients who have scheduled and actual visits equal to planned visits and hours. |
