Update Patient Care Plan

Path: Patient>Clinical>Care Plans

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. Navigate to Clinical > Care Plans.
3. On the left panel, click + next to Active to expand a list of active Care Plans.
4. Select the needed Care Plan and perform any of the following substeps:
   1. To view a certain discipline that completed interventions, select it in the Discipline drop-down list.
   2. To view only active goals and interventions, click Current.
   3. To view only active goals and interventions, click Current
   4. To view the Care Plan information in one line, select the One-line display check box.
   5. To use the profiles defined for diagnoses, click Profile.
5. Enter all appropriate goals and interventions.
6. If needed, indicate the health concern for the patient's care plan in the Health Concern field.
7. Save your changes.
