Assign Care Plan to patient

Path: Patient>Clinical>Care Plans

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. Navigate to Clinical > Care Plans.
3. On the left panel, click + next to Not Used to expand a list of available Care Plans.
4. Select the needed Care Plan.
5. To use the profiles defined for diagnoses, click Profile.
6. In the Goals Entry panel, enter the Care Plan goals.
7. In the Interventions Entry panel, enter the Care Plan interventions.
8. If needed, indicate the health concern for the patient's care plan in the Health Concern field.
9. Save your changes.
