Edit Care Plan Verbal Order Information
Path: Patient>Clinical>Care Plans
To edit the Verbal Order information for a goal or intervention, complete the following steps.
- On a Goal or Intervention row, click the ellipsis button in the VO column.
- In the Verbal Order, Order Received Info dialog box, update any of the following details:
- Verbal Order Start/End
- Date Order Received
- Time Order Received
- Click OK.
