Perform full synchronization (Field mode)

Path: File>Synchronize

1. Go to File>Synchronize, or click the synchronize icon on the toolbar. If you are logging in to Field Mode, select the Synchronize Now check box in the Welcome to Netsmart Homecare Field Mode! dialog. The Netsmart Homecare Field Mode Data Synchronization window opens.
2. In the Review Entries section, select the type of items that you want to appear in the grid.
3. Verify the selected items in the window grid. For more details, see Verify data before uploading (Field mode).
4. In the Download Data for section, click the appropriate radio button.
5. In the After Synchronizing section, select what you want the application to do after synchronization.
   Note: You can access Host Mode on a Field Mode device only by synchronization if you have appropriate rights.
6. Select the Show Forms Download Dialog check box to make the Select form(s) that should be available in Field Mode window open during synchronization.
7. Select the Make these my default options check box to apply the current synchronization setup by default. After upgrading to the newer version, the selected options remain as default unless some other settings were selected and saved as default.
8. Enter your password in the Enter your Password for verification field.
9. Click Synchronize Now!.
