Field and host mode synchronization patient handling
You can specify patient codes in Field Mode if the Generate New Patient Codes option is not selected in Administration>Configuration>Business Units>Settings>Patient Code.
If you enter a new patient code in Field Mode that conflicts with a patient code in the database, then the situation is handled during the Conflict Management process.
If you upload the duplicate of a new patient code, you will face a Duplicate Patient Code conflict. In the Error: Duplicate Patient Code window, choose how to resolve the conflict before the synchronization continues.
