Patient Tasks window

Path: Patient > General > Patient Tasks

Using the Patient Tasks window, you can add and view tasks assigned to the selected patient.

  • For each task, you can assign status, priority, due and ended dates, one or several resources, and comments.
  • Once the tasks are added, you can print a list of tasks for a patient in Patient > Documents > Patient Tasks.
  • You can generate a report in Reports > General > Tasks to view complete and incomplete tasks assigned and their due dates by patient, resource, or branch.
  • The task codes are defined in Administration > General > Patient Tasks.
  • If you use billing flags, you can create a task for follow-up defining the reason for the flag.
