About myAvatar NX Configuration

myAvatar NX is more than just a cosmetic upgrade. In addition to other considerations, myAvatar expands the way that consoles are leveraged within the system. You can cluster or group consoles in meaningful ways to support user workflows and emphasize to end users what their responsibilities are, what order tasks should be completed in throughout the day, and/or parse out client related data as it relates to their workflow. 

myAvatar NX retains the content of all console views, but not their individual layouts as rendered in myAvatar. This means that you will need to customize each view within myAvatar NX as the content of each view (the widgets) is carried over but not in the pixel-based layout as defined in myAvatar. 

You can customize a view by navigating to each view in myAvatar NX, turning on the Customize toggle, and moving/resizing the widgets assigned to the view or by using the View Designer in View Definition.
