Document Routing

Document Routing takes the place of Workflow which is not supported in myAvatar NX. There have been numerous Document Routing enhancements to ease the transition from myAvatar Workflow to Document Routing.

Report Viewer and ODBC settings

These settings are configured on the server and launched from there. There is no need to download reports or configure ODBC settings on the user's computer. To modify an existing Crystal Report, you need to run the report and then select Export to Crystal. You also will need to manually configure the ODBC.

Document Capture

Perceptive is needed to perform document capture. The POS Scan solution is not supported in myAvatar NX.

OrderConnect

To launch OrderConnect from myAvatar NX, each user must have the Internet Explorer plugin for Chrome because OrderConnect works in Internet Explorer and myAvatar NX works in Chrome.

Info Channel defaults for OrderConnect may work with myAvatar NX. Agencies are encouraged to switch to the CareFabric.

Right-click option

Several right-click options are not available in myAvatar NX, such as right-click a client name, right-click a dictionary, and right-click a blank space in the Scheduling Calendar. In many places in myAvatar NX a right-click will open the browser menu.

Places in myAvatar NX where the right-click option is available:

• In the Scheduling Calendar, after the user left-clicks and drags a placeholder box for an appointment, they can right-click the placeholder and schedule the appointment.
• In scrolling free text boxes, right-click the button to display the submenu and select an action such as Spell Check, Copy, Cut, and Paste.
