Create a view using the View Definition form

System administrators use the View Definition form to define Home, Chart, and Documentation views and configure Workflow items.

To assign views to a user or user role:

Note: If a user is assigned more than one view, the first one encountered alphabetically is used to display the Home View and Chart View designs defined.

  • Home View - define a myDay view and define My Workflow items
  • Chart View

    • Select No to not allow customization.
Note: Customization allows individual users to personalize the Home View or Chart View by selecting Preferences in the top right header of the myAvatar user interface or the Person/Account button in the myAvatar NX.
  2. If the View Type is Documentation View, select the All Documents Widget to add to the view.
  3. Select Associated Views
Result: The Select Views window shows all available views. This is where you configure the associated workflow items with the view.
