About myAvatar Clinical Work Station (CWS)

myAvatar Clinical Work Station (CWS) supports multi-disciplinary electronic health records and clinical workflows that allow clinicians to record, review, and route client treatment information.

  • Treatment Care and Planning: Create care planning templates that support best practices. System administrators can structure treatment plan forms for clinicians to document problem definitions/diagnoses, goals, objectives, and interventions.
  • Progress Notes: File progress notes for individuals or groups. You can link ambulatory progress notes to outstanding services or post them from the note. Use progress note templates to document situations unique to groups.
  • Note Review: The co-sign feature displays progress notes history, progress note types, and specialty area notes for review and signature by authorized staff. Clinicians can file a note for general information or for a specialty area.
  • Diagnosis: Diagnostic information is linked to treatment plans, with all DSM-IV codes mapped to ICD-10 codes.
  • Workflow Notification: Link user-defined forms to notifications that create to-dos for a user.
  • Modeling Assessments: Use myAvatar CWS modeling tools to create assessment forms for facility-specific content.
  • Modeling Forms: Use myAvatar CWS modeling tools to build dictionaries, screens, multi-page forms, sections, and drop-down menus. Incorporate form logic to create advanced behaviors such as conditional fields.

myAvatar CWS also:

  • supports electronic views of laboratory results
  • supports interdepartmental data and has optional features such as MDS entry/tracking, order entry, and pharmacy integration
  • references the identical client and staff files created in myAvatar PM.
