About Site Specific Section Modeling

You can add a user-defined section to a form, or to a site-specific progress notes form (myAvatar CWS) using this form or you can create a site-specific section for product forms in myAvatar PM and myAvatar MSO.

Values should be added to dictionaries before fields that use these dictionaries are added. The Site Specific Section Modeling Import/Export form is available in myAvatar CWS, and MSO.

These dictionary files contain site-specific data elements:

  • myAvatar PM - Client file
  • myAvatar CWS - CWS file
  • myAvatar MSO - Member file

Site Specific Functionality Can Be Added to the Following myAvatar Forms and Fields.

  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > Modeling > Site Specific Section Modeling

  2. In myAvatar PM, and myAvatar MSO - select the form.
    In myAvatar CWS - select the site-specific Progress Notes form.

  3. In the Site Specific Section Description field, enter the form section description.
  4. In the Enable Site Specific Section field:
  • Select Yes to enable the section. The section is enabled across all root system codes.
  • Select No to disable the section and allow the user to define fields and events for the form (Event Definition section).
  1. The Form Description field is display-only in myAvatar PM and myAvatar MSO.

  2. In the Menu Location field (myAvatar CWS) select the Progress Notes menu location.

  3. In the Generate Subsection for First Page of Section field, select Yes to create a subsection on the first page of the section.

  4. In the Include Page Number in Subsection field, select Yes to include the page number in the subsection.

  5. In the Subsection Override field, enter the subsection description.

  6. Click Submit.
