Notification Users

Define the users who can be sent To-Do items in forms that contain workflow functionality. These items are sometimes called "workflow notifications." Each user defines their own list of other users to whom they can send To-Do items. This is the basic requirement for users to participate in workflow.

This form populates the following fields:

  • Reviewing Staff Member field (treatment plan forms)
  • Team Member To Notify field (treatment plan forms)
  • User To Send Co-Sign To Do Items field (progress notes, group notes, modeled forms with workflow functionality)
  • Workflow notification user list fields (User Definition, User Role Definition forms)

Prerequisites:

  • Users must be entered in the User Definition form.

  • In the Workflow Notification Users dialog, select a user, click Ok.

Use the Notification Users Display form to view notification user information.
