About Chart View

Chart View is an interactive screen that displays a client’s medical record. Access to a client chart can be restricted through the Block Client Chart form.

When viewing a progress note or modeled form through the chart view, myAvatar restricts the display of data to a certain number of rows. If the number of client records exceeds the number of allowable rows, Previous and Next buttons will appear, allowing you to view additional sets of data rows. Contact your Netsmart representative to make edits to the number of rows viewable in your system at one time.

Prerequisites:

  • The user must be given access to client chart items (User Definition, User Role Definition forms).
