Admits By Program, ZIP Code, Ethnicity - PM
Generate an admissions report sorted by treatment program, ZIP code, and ethnicity.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Census Management Reports
- In the Include Admission Starting On field, enter the report start date.
- In the Include Admission Through field, enter the report end date.
- In the Select Programs To Be Included field, select the treatment programs to include in the report.
- Click Process.
- Result: The report displays information entered in the Call Intake, Pre Admit, Admission, and Admission (Outpatient) forms.
