Bed Availability Report - PM
Generate a report of current residential population, including unoccupied beds.
- The report details information that was entered during a client's admission, or information that has been updated in the following forms: Bed Management, Bed Reservation, Bed Assignment, Leaves, or Return from Leaves.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Census Management Reports.
- In the For Individual Unit Or All field:
- Select All to generate the report for all units in the facility.
- Select Individual to choose a single unit.
- If Individual is selected, in the For Unit field, select the unit.
- In the Sort By Room/Bed Or Alpha field:
- Select Alpha to sort the report by client name, listing vacant beds at the end of the report.
- Select Room/Bed to list the rooms and beds in chronological order with client names.
- Click Process.
Results: The report displays the total number of licensed and unlicensed beds.
