Password Restricted Staff Weekly Schedule

Generate a staff weekly schedule of un-posted appointments at a selected site.

  • This form works in conjunction with the User Definition form to prevent staff members from viewing weekly schedules other than their own.
  • Site names are maintained in the Site Registration form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Staff Reports
  2. Enter the Site Name or ID# to be included in the report, click Search and select the appropriate site from the drop down list.
  3. The Practitioner field displays the name of the current user.
  4. In the Week Of field, enter any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday) for which to run the weekly report.
    • If a Sunday is entered, the report runs from that day forward. If a Saturday is entered, the report runs from that day back.
  5. Select whether or not to Display Cancelled Appointments in the report.
  6. Select Process to generate the report.

Note: The shaded areas of the report designate the times when the staff member is not available.
