Password Restricted Staff Daily Schedule

Generate a staff daily schedule of unposted appointments at a selected site.

  • This form works in conjunction with the User Definition form to prevent staff members from viewing daily schedules other than their own.
  • Site names are maintained in the Site Registration form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Scheduling Reports > Staff Reports.
  2. Enter the Site Name or ID# to be included in the report, select Search. Choose the appropriate site from the dropdown list.
  3. The Practitioner is the name of the current user. 
  4. Enter the Start Date and End Date of the date range for the report.
  5. Select whether to Display Cancelled Appointments in the report.
  6. Select Process.

Note: The shaded areas of the report designate the times when the staff member is not available.
