Overbook an Appointment

Some organizations allow users to overbook an appointment, resulting in two appointments for the same time.

Prerequisites:


  1. To overbook an appointment, right-click on the appropriate appointment in the Scheduling Calendar and select Overbook.
  2. The Overbook Appointment screen shows.
  3. Fill out the form as instructed in the Add Appointment topic.
  4. When prompted, click OK to confirm that you wish to overbook the appointment.
  5. When finished, click Submit.

Results: The two appointments will show an overlap on the Scheduling Calendar.
