Staff Service Codes – Required to Verify tab
Path: Administration>General>Service Codes/Staff
With the Required to Verify tab, you can specify what time and mileage information is required in the TimeLog (for all available options, see Time & Mileage Values) and what clinical documentation (including assessments, care plan charts, and clinical notes) is required before a visit can be verified for each resource type that performs the selected service.
Netsmart Homecare recommends you to complete the Required to Verify tab first. The requirements for synchronizing a service must always be greater than those for verifying a service. Services that are synchronized from Field Mode must be ready for verification, even if your agency wants to perform visit verification in Host Mode. Therefore, if the Clinical Documentation option is selected on the Required to Verify tab, it must also be selected on the Required to Synchronize tab. Based on your choices for the time and mileage items on the Required to Verify tab, the application makes only appropriate values available on the Required to Synchronize tab.
