Staff Service Codes – Required to Synchronize tab

Path: Administration>General>Service Codes/Staff

With the Required to Synchronize tab, you can specify the requirements for the services synchronization. Synchronization may be complete and partial. This option is controlled in Administration>Configuration>Business Units>Settings>Field Mode.

The synchronization requirements are the same as for verification (see Staff Service Codes – Required to Verify tab), plus you can use the Signature Capture option (if it is activated on the organization level) to capture the patient's electronic signature. Activity service codes do not require clinical documentation so you do not need to complete this section for such type of services. Time and mileage entry is optional for activity service codes.
