Staff Service Codes – Rates tab

With the Rates tab, you can define the staff service codes for the resources and their bill, cost, and pay rates. To make the staff service code billable, the appropriate rates should be entered for the resource type depending on the functionality your agency uses for services calculation.

For billable and DPC services, billing rates (pulled from Administration>Financial>Billing Rates) must be defined. Cost rates (pulled from Administration>Financial>Staff Cost Rates) are used mostly for calculating data in the financial reports. Pay rates (pulled from Pay Rates Calculator>Settings>Pay Rates) are required if your agency uses Pay Rates Calculator or Private Duty.
