Set up Privileges for viewing Netsmart Referrals

To allow an operator to view referrals in Netsmart Referral Management:

  • Grant the operator permissions to view referrals (refer to Grant Referral Management Privileges).
  • Set up operator's Referral Management credentials. Two options are available:
    • Enter operator's Referral Management credentials by yourself (refer to the Set up Referral Management Account Information section for detailed steps).
    • Leave operator's Referral Management credentials blank. In this case, an operator will be prompted to enter these credentials during the first attempt to launch out to Referral Management.
