Grant Referral Management Privileges

In the left pane of the Operators window (Administration > Configuration > Operators), select the operator for whom you want to grant the Referral Management privileges.
In the right pane of the window, select the tab with the Business Unit for which you want to grant the Referral Management privileges.
In the Category navigation tree, select the Operator Privileges category.
Select the Allow check box for the Can Manage Login Credentials for Netsmart Referral Management and Can View Netsmart Referrals policy names.
Save your changes.
