Milestones/Goals window
Path: Administration>Clinical>Milestones>Goals
With the Milestones/Goals window, you can add, edit and delete milestones for goals. Goal milestones describe the goal-related results for a patient. The goal milestones are defined by an agency to describe why a goal was met or not met. Goal milestones are used for reports, statistics and clinical documentation.
You must link each milestone to the appropriate milestone type (defined in Milestone Types Window). For example, if you indicate that a patient is not meeting expected progress towards a goal in care plan charting, then only negative milestone responses are available for selection, such as "Co-morbid interference," or "Medication interference".
