Manage Health Status Evaluation Values - Milestones/Final

Add

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Milestones>Final. The Health Status Evaluation window opens.
2. Manage health status evaluation values as appropriate. 
3. Define the maximum value for the health status evaluation index scoring scale.
4. In the grid, add a new row.
5. Enter the code (up to two alphanumeric characters) and description (up to 60 alphanumeric characters).
6. Enter the index for this milestone that must fall within the health status evaluation index scoring scale.
7. Select the appropriate check box if you do not want to include the defined index in the Overall Achievement Index calculation.

Edit

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Milestones>Final. The Health Status Evaluation window opens.
2. Select the needed row and make the necessary changes.

Delete

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Milestones>Final. The Health Status Evaluation window opens.
2. Select and delete the needed row.
