Field Description

CVX Code

The CVX Code box displays the CVX code of the vaccine. For example, 100 is the CVX code for the Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, 7 valent.

Vaccine Name

The Vaccine Name corresponds to the preferred description as imported from Terminology Platform. For example, Allscripts Terminology Platform. For example, pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, 7 valent.

Description

The Description corresponds to the drug name or term description as imported from Terminology Platform. For example, Allscripts Terminology Platform. For example, pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, 7 valent..

Retired

If Retired is selected, the vaccine was retired by the CDC at the time of import from Terminology Platform. This vaccine can no longer be used in the application.

ATP Import Date

ATP Import Date is the date the vaccine was imported into from Terminology Platform.

Active

If Active is selected, the vaccine is active in the application and can be added to patient records. If Active is cleared, the vaccine is inactive and cannot be added to patient records. You can mark a vaccine as inactive by clearing the Active check box.

Vaccines that are marked as inactive when they are imported from Terminology Platform are view only. You cannot re-activate these vaccines.

Show

Select one of the following options to filter the list of vaccines:

All

Active and inactive vaccines are displayed.

Active Only

Only active vaccines are displayed.

Inactive Only

Only inactive vaccines are displayed.

Get Latest

Click Get Latest to import any vaccines that have been added to or updated in Terminology Platform since the date of the last import.
