Edit Immunization Locale or Not Given reason

Prerequisites: You must have the Read privilege level in Administration > Configuration > Operators > Privileges: (Business Unit) > Administration category > Immunizations (Administration) to view the Immunizations window and the Full Access privilege level to make changes.

Entries defined on the Locale tab of the Immunizations window (in Administration > Clinical) are displayed in the drop-down list for Locale in Patient > Clinical > Immunizations. Entries defined on the Not Given Reason tab are displayed in the drop-down list for Not Given Reason in Patient > Clinical > Immunizations.

  1. From Administration > Clinical > Immunizations, select the applicable tab.
    1. Locale - Use to edit location or facility types where vaccines might be administered.
    2. Not Given Reasons - Use to edit reasons a vaccine might not have been administered to the patient.
  2. Select the Locale or Reason to edit. You cannot edit System Defined locales or reasons, except to mark them as active or inactive. Only User Defined entries are fully editable.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the entry.
  4. Select File > Save.
