Locale

The Locale box displays the name of the locale type. For example, Home Health Agency or Pharmacy.

Type

The Type corresponds to how the locale was created. A locale that is System Defined cannot be deleted or edited, but you can clear the Active check box to make it inactive. User Defined locales can be edited and deleted.

Active

If Active is selected, the locale is active in the application and can be added to patient records. If Active is cleared, the locale is inactive and cannot be added to patient records. You can mark a locale as inactive by clearing the Active check box.

Show

Select one of the following options to filter the list of locales:

All

Active and inactive locales are displayed.

Active Only

Only active locales are displayed.

Inactive Only

Only inactive locales are displayed.
