Reason

The Reason box displays the reason for not administering a vaccine. For example, Medical Contraindication or Allergic.

Type

The Type corresponds to how the reason was created. A reason that is System Defined cannot be deleted or edited, but you can clear the Active check box to make it inactive. User Defined reasons can be edited and deleted.

Active

If Active is selected, the reason is active in the application and can be added to patient records. If Active is cleared, the reason is inactive and cannot be added to patient records. You can mark a reason as inactive by clearing the Active check box.

Show

Select one of the following options to filter the list of reasons:

All

Active and inactive reasons are displayed.

Active Only

Only active reasons are displayed.

Inactive Only

Only inactive reasons are displayed.
