Edit Quick-Entry Phrase

Path: Administration>Clinical>Quick-Entry Phrase

1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Quick-Entry Phrases.
2. Select the item containing the quick-entry phrase to edit.
3. Highlight the row that contains the quick-entry phrase to modify.
4. Complete the necessary changes.
5. Save your changes.

Note: The Allergies field in the Patient component is a mandatory field; therefore, it is necessary to add the code NKA (no known allergies) or NKDA (no known drug allergies) to the Quick-Entry Phrases window in the Allergies category.
