DDF Utility – Select Scenario

Path: Administration>Utilities>DDF Copy Utility

Prerequisite: To use the DDF Copy Utility, the appropriate privilege should be granted for you on the Business Unit level in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges in the Administration category.

To copy DDF items from one Business Unit to others, the appropriate privileges should be granted for you on the Business Unit level in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges in Administration>Utilities category.

You can copy the following items from one Business Unit to others:

  • Supplies
  • Adjustment Types
  • Staff Service Codes

To select items for copying:

  1. In the DDF Items grid, select one of the following items: Supplies, Adjustment Types, or Staff Service Code.
  2. In the Include column, select the check boxes opposite the items you want to copy. Use Select All or Clear All button to manage items selection.
  3. Click Next.

Note: For copying data, the following must be completed in order:

  1. DDF Utility – Setup Connections to Database Servers
  2. DDF Utility – Define Source and Target Data
  3. DDF Utility – Select Scenario
  4. DDF Utility – Copy Preview
  5. DDF Utility – Job Report
  6. DDF Utility – History Job Reports
