DDF Utility – Job Report

Path: Administration>Utilities>DDF Copy Utility

Prerequisite: To use the DDF Copy Utility, the appropriate privilege should be granted for you on the Business Unit level in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges in the Administration category.

The Job Reports for supplies, adjustment types, and staff service codes show source and target data that were copied to the selected Business Units. The reports also show changes that were made to the editable fields in the target Business Unit compared to the source Business Unit fields.

Some examples of job reports for the DDF items are:

• Supplies Job Report
• Adjustment Types Job Report
• Staff Service Codes Job Report

Note: For copying data, the following must be completed in order:

1. DDF Utility – Setup Connections to Database Servers
2. DDF Utility – Define Source and Target Data
3. DDF Utility – Select Scenario
4. DDF Utility – Copy Preview
5. DDF Utility – Job Report
6. DDF Utility – History Job Reports
