DDF Utility – History Job Reports

Path: Administration>Utilities>DDF Copy Utility

Prerequisite: To use the DDF Copy Utility, the appropriate privilege should be granted for you on the Business Unit level in Administration>Configuration>Operators>Privileges in the Administration category.

With the Historical Job Reports, you can view historical reports showing data copied for supplies, adjustment types, and staff service codes DDF items.

To view historical job reports for the DDF items:

  1. Click History Job Reports in the Welcome to DDF Utility Wizard dialog.
  2. From the Select Server drop-down list, select the appropriate server.
  3. In the Select Job section, select the scenario item for which you want to view the history job report.
  4. Click Show Report.

Note: For copying data, the following must be completed in order:

  1. DDF Utility – Setup Connections to Database Servers
  2. DDF Utility – Define Source and Target Data
  3. DDF Utility – Select Scenario
  4. DDF Utility – Copy Preview
  5. DDF Utility – Job Report
  6. DDF Utility – History Job Reports
