You can select one of the following options for order generation:

Chart (Care Plan Charting for Goals)
The charting option identifies where the goal should appear for charting purposes. For example, goals can be charted upon in Patient>Clinical>Care Plan Charting and Patient>Clinical>Health Status Evaluation. You can select one of the following options:

The charting option identifies where the intervention should appear for charting purposes. For example, interventions may be charted upon in Patient>Clinical>Care Plan Charting and Patient>Clinical>Health Status Evaluation. You can select one of the following options:
