  2. Save as PDF

Path: Administration>Clinical>Care Plans

 

  1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Care Plans.
  2. Select the row containing the necessary care plan.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. If necessary, delete goals or interventions for the care plan.
  5. Save your changes.
