Delete Care Plan

Path: Administration>Clinical>Care Plans

If a care plan is linked to a patient record, it should not be deleted.

  1. Go to Administration>Clinical>Care Plans.
  2. Select the row containing the care plan.
  3. Delete the care plan.
  4. Save your changes.
