X Visits Every Month for X Months

Enter the number of visits in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Month in the Period box of the Duration section.
Enter the number of months in the For box of the Duration section.

One Visit Every Other Day for 60 Days

Enter 2 in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Every X Days in the Period box of the Duration section.
Enter 60 in the For box of the Duration section.

Tip: When using Every X Days, the value in the For box of the Duration section must be a multiple of the value in the High box of the Visits section.

One Visit Every Day for 60 Days

Enter 1 in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Day in the Period box of the Duration section.
Enter 60 in the For box of the Duration section.

Range of Visit Frequency per Week

Enter the low number of visits in the Low box of the Visits section to establish the base range of the number of visits. In this example, 1 visit.
Enter the high number of visits in the High box of the Visits section to establish the maximum number of visits. In this example, 2 visits.
Select Week in the Period box of the Duration section.
Enter the number of weeks in the For box of the Duration section.

X Visits Every Other Week

Enter the number of visits in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Every x Weeks in the Period box of the Duration section.
Enter the number of weeks in the For box of the Duration section.

Tip: When using Every x Weeks, the value in the For box of the Duration section must be a multiple of the value in the High box of the Visits section.

X Visits Every 30 Days

Enter the number of visits in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Every 30 Days in the Duration section must be a multiple of the value in the High box of the Visits section.
Enter 1 in the For box of the Duration section.

X Visits Every 60 Days

Enter the number of visits in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Every 30 Days in the Duration section must be a multiple of the value in the High box of the Visits section.
Enter 2 in the For box of the Duration section (for two 30-day periods).

X Visits Every 2 Months for X Months

Enter the number of visits in the High box of the Visits section.
Select Month in the Duration section must be a multiple of the value in the High box of the Visits section.
Enter 2 in the For box of the Duration section (for two months).
