Define PRN visits

To define the visit frequency parameters for PRN visits, set the number of visits, specify a reason for the PRN visit (up to 50 characters), and set the low and high visit hours.

The calculation of visit frequency periods for the PRN visits is based on the following principles:

• The start date of the first visit frequency period for the selected discipline equals the start date of the certification period.
• The start date of the second and the following visit frequency periods for the same discipline is the next day after the end date of the previous visit frequency period.
• If for the first visit frequency period no end date is entered and for the same discipline the second record is created, the previous date is entered automatically as the end date of the first record.
