Complete patient task

Path: Patient > General > Patient Tasks

  1. Select the needed task.
  2. In the Status field, select the Completed status.
  3. Select the resource who completed the task and enter the completion date.
  4. In the Completed Comments field, enter your comments if needed.
  5. To customize patient tasks, click the Customize button and make appropriate settings for using and previewing your tasks in the Customize View: My Tasks window (for more information, see Customize Patient Tasks window).
  6. Save your changes.

After you save a task with multiple resources assigned, it becomes independent for each of the selected resources and is displayed in the top grid.

All comments or additional data entered during the task creation are duplicated for each of the resources assigned to it.

However, after the task is saved, the edits made to it become individual and are not distributed to other resources' tasks.
