Customize Patient Tasks window

Path: Patient > General > Patient Tasks

  1. Go to Patient > General > Patient Tasks.
  2. Click the customize (tools) icon.
  3. In the Customize View: My Tasks window, click the needed buttons to make the necessary changes:
Option Description

Fields

To define the fields to be shown in the Patient Tasks window. Move fields you want to include from the Available Fields to Show These Fields section using the arrow buttons.

Group By

To group the tasks by the needed fields. Select the fields you want to group by, and then select either the ascending or descending order.

Sort

To order the tasks by the needed fields. Select the fields you want to sort by, and then select either the ascending or descending order.

Filter

To show only the tasks that satisfy the selected filters. You can select to show All Tasks, Incomplete tasks, Tasks with no Due Date, or Incomplete tasks that are overdue.

Warn me if the task is overdue

Select this check box and specify the number of days prior to the task expiration when the application notifies you.

  1. Click OK to apply your changes
    OR
    Reset View to discard all your changes.
