Add special instructions to existing medication
Path: Patient>Clinical>Medications
- In the Patient component, select a patient.
- Go to Clinical>Medications.
- Click the record with the medication you want to enter special instructions for.
- In the Medication Special Instructions field, click the down arrow icon.
- Enter your special instructions for the medication, up to 1000 free-text characters.
- Click OK.
- Save your changes
