Medications window – Medication Evaluation tab
Path: Patient>Clinical>Medications
With the Medication Evaluation section, you can evaluate medications prescribed for the patient for the following items:
- Drug Interactions
- Significant Side Effects
- Duplicate Drug Therapy
- Ineffective Drug Therapy
- Drug Reactions
- Omissions
- Dosage Errors
- Non compliance
You can evaluate the medication when needed and each evaluation is recorded as a separate column in the grid. The most recent evaluation record is located in the left part of the grid. If a new evaluation is added, all exited records are moved to the right direction in the grid.
