ERA File tab
Path: Transactions>General>ERAs
The ERA File tab shows the structure of the actual ERA file in the navigation tree view, containing all loops, segments, and elements in the hierarchical order displayed in the Structure of File section.
- You can open the necessary node to view only the details of the selected node or expand all nodes to view the whole file.
- All records from the navigation tree are shown either clearly without errors or with the corresponding error or warning symbol before the record name.
- Select any line in the navigation tree to view what kind of data it represents in the lower section of the window.
The lower section shows the detailed information about errors and warnings from the file on the segment and element levels. This section is split into two parts:
- The left grid displays the name of the segment and messages related to that segment (for example, "No Errors").
- The right grid shows elements belonging to the selected segment. This grid contains the list of element details, their values, and messages (errors or file structure warnings) related to the element. Errors are highlighted in red and do not allow for posting transactions. Warnings are in yellow and allow the payments and adjustments posting.
