ERA Data tab - Detail errors and warnings
Path: Transactions>General>ERAs
This section displays any errors or processing warnings (not the file structure warnings) associated with the selected payment or adjustment from the ERA file. Claims or service lines with errors appear in red in the grid.
- The application does not post payments or adjustments to the claims or service lines with errors when applying the ERA file.
- Data with warnings are not highlighted and allow for posting transactions. For more information, see ERA detail errors and warnings.
If the file contains fatal errors, you cannot process any payments, adjustments, or denial adjustments in this file (for more information, see ERA fatal errors).
