Revision History window
Path: Patient>Clinical>Clinical Monitoring>Revision History
Prerequisite: To view this window, you should have the appropriate privilege granted by the Netsmart Homecare administrator.
You can review and audit all changes made to the Clinical Monitoring records in the Revision History window.
- You can select the level of the revision history records specificity in the Display section (right pane) of this window.
- Clinical monitoring record changes include
- adding
- editing
- deleting
You can click the Current or Current & Previous radio button in the Admission section to specify the appropriate admission type.
- You can specify the date range for which you want the clinical monitoring history to be displayed.
- You can select Last Two Weeks, Last Four Weeks options, or specify the dates in the Custom Date Range.
To generate clinical monitoring history for the recent readings
- Click the Last radio button,
- Enter the number of readings you want to view in the Last field
To generate the history for the selected patient or refresh the data after making changes in the Display section, click Refresh.
